第一篇饮食习惯英语:从小养成好习惯


有人说,好习惯就是一笔财富。有了好习惯,一生都会受益无穷。习惯,有很多种类。如,学习习惯、卫生习惯、饮食习惯、生活习惯……我们从小就应该养成良好的习惯。

如果我们放东西不放在一个固定的位置,就很难找。有这种坏习惯的人差不多有三分之一的时间在寻找东西。时间就是金钱,这是多大的浪费呀!我在这方面也没有好习惯,经常找东西。今年散学典礼那天,我必须在8点钟之前赶到现代教育技术实验室。我早晨起来,不记得红领巾放哪儿了。只好翻箱倒柜地到处找。找啊找,找遍了我房间的各个部位都没有找到。爷爷奶奶也帮我找,还是没有找到,眼看快到7点半了,我真是快急死了。我连忙打电话给刘阿姨,问她有没有看到。阿姨在电话里也说没有看到,但她提醒了我,说我还有两条备用红领巾。我恍然大悟,匆匆忙忙带上红领巾往学校走。从那以后我开始注意养成把不同的东西固定放在不同的地方的习惯,很少时间去找东西了。

有好习惯的人是最受欢迎的人。有一家大公司招聘员工,很多人去应聘。最后只有3个人留下来定为最佳人选。公司让他们3人分别住进3个房间,要观察他们的生活习惯。第一个人首先看了会儿书,觉得书不好看,又看了一会儿电视,觉得电视也不好看,又看了一会儿报纸,觉得报纸也不好看,又准备睡觉,但又睡不着,就这么无聊的过了一整天。第二个人更荒唐,一会儿在房间里走来走去,一会儿又趴在床上睡一会儿,一会儿又看看有没有监控器,他也是无聊的过了一天。第三个人按照他平时的习惯,先看看书,把一本书都看完了。接着,看看电视,休息一会儿以后,又看看当天的报纸。他过了一个充实的一天。后来公司老板把第三个人留了下来。

妈妈告诉我,小时候养成的好习惯一生都能坚持下去,而长大以后,要改掉坏习惯是很不容易的。为了让我从小养成各种好习惯,爸爸妈妈经常和我开展看谁的习惯好的活动,使我养成了很多好习惯。寒假前,爷爷奶奶从湖南来深圳过年。也参加了我们的这一个活动。这段时间,我又养成了吃饭不掉饭粒、起床后就折好被子等习惯。我决心,趁自己年纪小在各方面都养成好的习惯。

第二篇饮食习惯英语:英语演讲稿 A funny story(一个搞笑的故事)


Hello everyone! My name is Monica. I’m studying at Guangzhou Huamei International School. I like reading very much. I’ve read a lot of books until now. Today I’m going to tell you a story: It’s about a handsome boy named Larry who likes helping people.

One day, he saw a plastic bag in the lobby of his block. It was full of dog food.

“Whose bag is this?” Larry thought. ”Mrs Lee has dog, perhaps it’s hers”.

Larry took the bag upstairs to Mrs Lee’s flat. He asked Mrs Lee if the bag was hers. She said no. So he went to Mr and Mrs Wong’s flat. He asked them about the bag. Mr and Mrs Wong said it wasn’t their’s. So asked three more families, but he still couldn’t find the owner of the bag.

Finally he went back to the lobby, and he saw Mrs Kong and her son, Joe standing there.

“That funny” Mrs Kong said to Joe. ”The bag was too heavy so I left it here and went upstairs to call you. Where is it now?”

“Is this bag yours, Mrs Kong ?” said Larry .

“Thank you. That’s very kind of you .” said Mrs Kong.

“Let’s carry it together.” Said Joe. And he found the owner of the bag in the end.

Larry was tired that evening. He told his mother about the bag.

“Well done! You’re very helpful, Larry. But sometimes you’re too helpful!”

Hello, My name is Tiger. I am 11 years old.

Today I will talk about sport. I like basketball, chess and football. Basketball is my favourite sport. Basketball is an interesting sport. I think who play Basketball often can get cleverer and fitter than who does not. I"m good at playing basketball. I always play it with my good friends Cookie and Simmon. Sometimes we just play it for fun, sometimes for match. I like match, even if we are the losers. We run to each other, pass the ball to others, teacher always tells as to help your team to put the ball in basketball stand. Playing basketball tells me that when you are in the team, you should do teamwork.

I like playing basketball. Therefore I like NBA. NBA the Lakers and Rocket are my favorite teams. I have my favourite basketball players too .They are Yaoming and Kobe Bryant. On Sunday I like to watch basketball matches with my father. I yell when they get points for their team. I hope I can join BNA one day. Although I am not tall enough, I want to be a good basketball player.

第四篇饮食习惯英语:饮食之我见


我们人每天都需要食物,有句俗话说得好:“人是铁,饭是钢,一顿不吃饿得慌。”下面我为大家推荐几种饮食的有益方法吧!

早餐有三大要素:早上最好喝牛奶一杯,煮鸡蛋两个,西瓜两快;不过在喝牛奶前要拿东西垫肚哦;还要有一些凉拌菜,水果沙拉,蔬菜沙拉等。中午可以吃水果片,凉拌黄瓜,青椒炒苦瓜,青笋肉片。晚上可以吃酸奶一大杯,大米绿豆粥一碗,凉拌西红柿,不过晚上不能吃太多东西,不然会引起消化不良的。

下面我来说说吃哪些东西对我们身体有帮助的食物吧,我先来推荐几样:紫菜 ---- 紫菜除了含有维生素 A 、 B1 及 B2 ,最重要的是它蕴含丰富的维生素及矿物质,可以帮助排除身体内之废物及积聚的水分,从而达到瘦腿之效。魔芋 ---- 魔芋完全不含脂肪,又美味可口,也是减肥必食之物。他的丰富植物纤维更可以使下身的淋巴畅通,防止腿部肿胀,出现橘皮组织。这种神奇的食物,有体内“清道夫”的美称,吸纳和排除体内顽强毒素。还有很多对身体有帮助的食物呢!比如:芝麻、香蕉、苹果、红豆、木瓜、西瓜、冬瓜、南瓜、嫩笋、竹笋、西柚、菠菜、西芹、花生、奇异果、菠萝、鸡蛋、陂皮、西红柿。怎么样,我知道的还挺多的吧!

如果碰上放假,你们可别听了我的介绍就暴饮暴食,一定要适当的吃,不然也会引起消化不良的。
