1. Bachelor degree or above, Knowledge and experience on power electronics, hardware design, analog circuit.
2. With leadership potential
3. Good inter-personal skills, ability to work in team and cooperate across functions or business units
4. Capability of conceptual and analytical thinking
5. Curiosity of learning, self-reflective
6. Long term thinking and acting
7. Mobility, commitment, and initiative
8. Excellent command of English
