【篇二】神户大学研究生留学申请条件
申请人必须为非日本国籍公民，并且已经顺利完成14年(针对本科生，包括大专学生)的学校教育或者同等教育。有望在规定时间内毕业的学生也可以申请。
研究生(硕士课程)申请人必须为非日本国籍公民，并且已经顺利完成16年(针对硕士生)的学校教育或者同等教育。有望在规定时间内毕业的学生也可以申请。
博士生(博士课程)申请人必须为非日本国籍公民，并且持有硕士学位或同等学位。有望在规定时间内毕业的学生也可以申请。
