除了坚持天天上自习外，还有重要的一点就是要有目标，包括长远的目标和短期的目标。长远的目标，是指在未来一个月或者更长的时间内，将哪本专业课课本全部看完，或者将政治的重点全部过一遍等等；短期的目标可以分为一星期的目标、一天的目标甚至一天中某个时间段的目标。有了清晰的目标和计划之后，你会发现自己仿佛一下子找到了方向，复习起来也有了强大的动力。
我在七月中旬报了一个政治辅导班，上了一个星期的课程，这基本上算是我暑假的全部收获。我从九月一号开始正式投入到紧张的考研复习之中。首先，我给自己定了一个长远的规划，共分五步：
（1）从九月一号到十月一号：每天的上午、下午以及晚上三个时间段，分别复习专业课、英语和专业课（政治不用这么早复习）。在这一个月的时间里，要以一门专业课为主，到了十月一号基本上这门专业课的教材要看完；英语的复习主要就是做阅读，培养自己的语感，同时积累自己的词汇量。
（2）从十月一号到十一月一号：每天的三个时间段，分别复习政治、英语和专业课。政治的复习推荐使用任汝芬的序列一，每天上午要认真熟记里面的重点和知识点，另外在每看完一章之后要做做相关配套的习题以加深记忆，这段时间里可以不用急，到月末的时候可以只复习到全书的一半；英语在这段时间也是主要做阅读，继续加强语感和词汇量；专业课也是以一门专业课为主，抓住重点，注重理解，在理解的基础上学会熟记。到十一月一号的时候，第二门专业课教材要全部看完。
（3）从十一月一号到十二月一号：每天的三个时间段，也是分别复习政治、英语和专业课。政治按照上月的复习方法继续复习，到月末的时候可以完成全书的另一半。所以复习完政治基本上一共要花两个月的时间。政治的第一遍复习是很重要的，所以花的时间也最长，在复习的时候一定要认真，这样会为自己打下很好的基础。在这段时间里，英语就要开始单项训练了。要保证自己在考试要求的时间内完成完形填空和七选五段落选择。这个月的时间就要认真训练好这两个；专业课复习也是按部就班，在月末时候要完成第三本专业课的教材。
（4）从十二月一号到一月一号：每天三个时间段，也是分别复习政治、英语和专业课。不过这段时间主要是进行第二轮复习。政治就要开始大量做题，做完题要翻阅复习资料，加深记忆；英语这时候就要开始训练作文了，每天写一篇作文，写完之后再看看标准答案上的文章，找出它的闪光点，碰到好的句子和词汇一定要记住，要为我所用；专业课的复习，这段时间主要是做历年的真题，通过做真题发现命题的特点，再回过头来看教材以便找出自己第一轮复习时的遗漏点。

来路，去路
复习期间，和盟怡打电话交流，印象最深的是，她说：我未来的计划就是从研究生阶段开始。她要继续读博士，将来凭借自己的学识，推动医学事业的进步和发展，哪怕是一点点呢！这样的人生才有意义。
于我而言，也是如此。
专科，本科，硕士，博士。每达到一个层级，接触的人，见识的事物，和学到东西都是不一样的。去更好的平台锻炼自己，去结识更加优秀的人，是每一个积极向上的人的正确选择。
考研的这个过程，自己慢慢的知道未来的路到底该怎么走。长期，近期目标的目标到底是什么，以及我以后到底做什么，从哪里开始，都有了清晰的规划。
这个目标规划不是漂浮在天上，是可以凭借自己脚踏实地实现的。

准备期：当前-3月
准备期是让自己了解考研、思考要不要考研、决定考研、定专业选学校、制定复习计划、开始复习。
大部分同学是在大三的9月到来年4月前做好了准备工作，具体有以下准备：

定专业:
思考要考什么专业：有的同学想考本专业，有的同学想跨专业考研，定专业首先要根据自己的兴趣，然后结合自己以后想从事的职业因素来考虑；
选学校:
需要综合考虑自己的主观意向、（比如是否有着一所特别钟情的学校，很多同学确实是有的）、城市因素、学校招生、分数线、考试科目（自己擅不擅长）等；
备好考研复习用书:
定好专业学校之后，考试科目也就知道了（学校的招生专业目录有写明），这个时候可以开始准备复习了，复习用书需要准备起来（可在本号第二个菜单里查看最为推荐的复习用书）；
制定备考计划:
很多同学在开始时忽略了计划，想到什么就做什么。而且常常三天打鱼，两天晒网，导致复习效率低、效果差，这个时候一定要给自己列出一份计划表，然后执行。
开始复习:
自行复习和报班复习均可，按照自己的需要来。

这个时期专业没能定下来，学校也没选好。
建议：
不妨把公共课先准备起来，一边复习一边考虑专业学校。
基础复习
基础复习阶段（4-6月）
基础期顾名思义，即是考研复习打基础的时期。这个阶段主要是复习公共课，主要针对数学和英语。
数学
这一阶段主要是仔细研究教材和全书。
这一遍要非常仔细，耗时会很多，看完之后做到基本掌握各种题型的解法和考研大纲的要求，对于解题思路有一个基本的了解与掌握。
基本概念、定理、公式要熟知。一些重点的公式一定要能自己推导，这样特别有利于加深理解和应用，因为推导的过程会使你更清楚地认识这个定理或公式的来龙去脉。

英语
该阶段的关键是词汇和阅读。单词是一切的基础，可使用软件和单词书来记，每天早上、晚上均可，安排40分钟左右；
阅读一开始可以做几篇真题，可以做下17、16的题（做3-4篇即可，主要是体验下考研阅读题）开始时可能会感觉不太适应，因为考研阅读和平时考试、四六级阅读思路上确是不一样的。
然后利用前些年的真题来练习阅读（不要把所有真题做完，可以只做2000年-2005年的，后面的题留着暑期强化时做）。
做完后可以用专门的阅读书来练习阅读，阅读建议一天1-2篇，不要太多，做完一定要仔细对照答案来理解分析，这才是能够提高成绩的地方，分析长难句、单词这些都要仔细看。
可能分析的时间要比做题的时间长得多，但这是基本功，不要急于求进。

政治

这个阶段需要有单独的计划，因为7/8月是暑假阶段，这是复习备考的黄金时期，但是也有大把大把的诱惑在那里等着你。
如果报了相应的辅导班，假期是一个很好的去上课的时间，打好基础。如果是网络课程，也可以趁此机会集中听课。
英语

提高阶段（9-10月）
9—10月是我们所说的提高阶段。该阶段在整个考研过程是一个知识、技能提高和深化的阶段，也是最直接为冲刺服务的阶段。
这是大四的第一个学期开学，生活和学习又回到正轨。学校的课程可能已经不多，但这个阶段可能是一个内心比较动荡的时期。
暑假前后会有一批人决定加入考研，一部分打算考研的放弃。所以无论你是新加入考研党还是坚持下来的考研党，都要进入更加忙碌的阶段了。
一般九月初，所有高校的考试大纲和参考书目会公布到官网上。小伙伴们要注意查看，主要查看公共课大纲相比往年有没有变化，需不需要调整复习方向。
英语
继续背单词，每天都要利用零散时间去“看看”单词，就像朋友见面一样。进行真题的研究，注意是“研究”，每天安排2篇左右阅读训练。

这时候学校官网一般也会公布专业课的大纲或参考书目。小伙伴们依旧需要研究大纲，要对照大纲进行复习，深入分析考点，对重难点进行反复的研究。
在这个阶段的复习中，需要把在基础复习中看过的书的内容进行整合，内化成自己的东西。
并且要大量地做练习，并在做练习的过程中找出复习中存在的不足之处，检验自己知识点掌握的程度，并且要反复地看书，消化考点。
冲刺阶段
冲刺阶段（11-12月）
十一月十二月是心理、身体压力最大的两个月。这个阶段有很多同学因为多种缘故放弃，一定要调整自己的心态，咬紧牙关，坚持下去。
这段时间的复习计划是精确到分针的，每一分每一秒都不能浪费。

英语
词汇和阅读继续坚持，作文可以选几个题材集中去背，每天一定不能停手，必须要去练。

查漏补缺，检查自己的知识框架是否完整，掌握是否熟练。政治在这个阶段还有一些押题卷会上市，可以买来练习，一些重点知识点着重背诵理解。

专业课
总结所有重点知识点，包括重点概念、理论和模型等，查漏补缺，回归教材温习专业课笔记和历年真题，有模拟试题的话可以做模拟题。

调整作息，按照考研的时间去作息，让自己在考场上的那几个小时是自己状态最好的时候。
