我的梦想就是当一个医生，为人民尽心尽力地服务，是每一个医生的追求，但当医生，不仅要有面对没医治好患者的风险和承担责任的勇气，还得拥有别具一格的创意。如果我能当上医生，我会履行以下的方案：
建议医院每六个月开展一星期的免费救助患者以及献血救助活动，不仅能让患者与患者家属感觉得到温暖，还能提高医院的名气，来医院看病的人会越来越多。
当体弱多病的患者独自一人出院时，可以打电话联系他们家属，告诉他们患者的情况，若患者一人在外时，可以亲自送他们回家，确认他们的安全后再返回医院。
若手术完毕，患者医治无效，应当立即通知该所有家属，并进行费用赔偿，建议赔偿医疗费，住院费，护理费，营养费，误工费，一次性伤残补助金，精神损害赔偿等金额，安慰其家属，主动向其进行诚恳的道歉，静候法院如何判决。
